Utensils:
Included in package pricing is enough supplies for a party of 50 people. If you have a larger party we will add on the price of supplies per hour. Approx $50/hour for each additional 50 guests.
Add on Options:
Here is a list of additional services we provide and the pricing. Please let us know if you'd like to add extras that are outside your chosen package.
Extra cocktail option: $100/ per hour for each additional cocktail option
Corn hole boards: $50/hour or $100 for 3 hours
Champagne Flute Wall: $50
Trough Beer Bin: $100
*alcohol will need to be provided by renter
Travel
We will travel up to 90 minutes without additional charges. Every hour over 90 minutes will require an fee of $100 per/hour of driving to cover gas costs.
Payment:
We accept a variety of payments methods and ask that payment is made ahead of time or on arrival to event. If you choose to pay on arrival to your event we will collect a $250 non refundable deposit that will reserve the trailer and go toward your total cost. If you need to cancel for any reason please let us know asap. If 7 days notice of cancelation is given we can return your deposit.

Tips:
Our opinion is that tipping culture has gotten wildly out of hand. We will never ask for nor do we expect tips. We will have a tip jar onsite and will accept tips if you feel we did an exceptional job. You have already paid for our service we do not expect anything additional. Just thankful you chose us!!

While Dani has taken a full-time nursing job in southern Oregon, we wanted to find a way to turn our shared hobby into a business.
